Leeds Festival weekend has finally arrived ... all the tickets have been distributed and and the sun is forecast to shine too! A little more information for you:

The Residents shuttle bus for Leeds Festival will operate during the following times:

Friday      12 noon - 3am

Saturday  12 noon - 3am

Sunday     12 noon - 3am

Gold wristbands were issued on collection of tickets and must be worn by all adults to have use of the bus. Please note no wristband no travel.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times to travel on the bus.

The bus will pick up at the bus stop outside the Red Lion on Main Street and will drop off at the Purple Gate.

If you wish to catch the last bus then please arrive in plenty of time to avoid a long and dark and dangerous walk home.

The bus will run a shuttle service ie it will run continuously with no set timetable, to enable more people to be transported at busy times. At quieter times it will run approximately every half hour, dependent on traffic and numbers. Please note the driver will need a rest at some point during the day.

Please also remember that you can take this opportunity to support local businesses and pop into the village shop for snacks and other provisions or have a pre festival drink in The Red Lion whilst you wait for the next bus.

Happy Festival
