Jubilee Garden

The Jubilee Garden was created because of an idea originally put forward by Bramham in Bloom and some residents, as a way to improve the approach to the village making better use of a piece of waste land that was an eyesore.

Bramham Community Action Group then took up the project and following resident consultation the garden was evolved. Using monies raised from The Big Lottery and Groundworks UK. Plans were drawn up and quotes received for the work. As a result Brambledown Ltd were appointed to carry out the work. Over Christmas and the New Year in 2011/12 the work was completed and an opening ceremony was performed by local MP Alec Shelbrooke. This super garden is now a pleasant feature as anyone comes in to the village and provides a tranquil setting for anyone to sit in and enjoy.
