Neighbourhood Plan

In response to the Government’s Localism Bill, the Parish Council has proposed to produce a Neighbourhood Plan.

The purpose of that plan will be to define what development we would find acceptable in Bramham (the whole parish, not just the village), what areas and facilities we want to protect, along with the infrastructure needed to support any development. By doing this we will have an opportunity to influence the outcome, rather than have decisions imposed upon us. Proposals in the Neighbourhood Plan will need to be supported by residents.

The neighbourhood plan group consists of Paul Marshall (Chair), John Whitbread (Secretary),  Neil Ferres, Cllr Val Whitbread,  Dean Burdall, John Trischler and Cllr Linda Richards.

If you are interested in being involved please contact Paul on Tel No 01937 844767.
